Shipping Refrigerated Items

Refrigerated items can be posted Australia Wide, and is usually packaged in ice packs to ensure they arrive at a proper temperature. We are not responsible for melted ice packs resulting in damaged goods or packages left unattended in hot weather.

Shipping Non-Refrigerated Items

We ship non-refrigerated items Australia wide and overseas*. All orders are bubble wrapped and packed properly to ensure your items arrive in good condition. We are not responsible for any damaged items resulting from the delivery or hot weather.

As we adhere to the highest standards when preparing your products for shipment, please note that pharmacy items may not be posted out during high temperature days of 38°C and above. We do this to minimise the risks of damaged goods during transit. Should a parcel/product be damaged to do to weather conditions while under the care of a postal service, we are unable to cover costs of replacing your order.

Our Delivery Process

Here, we explain to you our delivery process when you make an order with PharmacyCentral.

  • On every product page, you can find out the availability of a product. An "In Stock" product means the product is available in our warehouse and ready to be packed and despatched at 12pm the next business day. 

  • If a product is stated as "Available", this means the product might still be in transit to our warehouse from our suppliers. Do allow an extra 2-3 working days before we pack and despatch the item. 

 

  • Additional to our picking and packing timelines, we advise that our courier services may take 1-2 working days to get the item to you if you live in the metro area. Allow 4-5 transit days if you are located in a rural area. 
  • We only despatch an item once payment is received. Thus, if you have selected bank transfer as method of payment, do allow 2-3 working days for the payment to clear. Once the payment has come through, we pack and send out your item by 12pm the next business day.
