Does “CLA” really help with weight loss?

CLA is a form of fatty acid from the omega family.

I know Fatty Acid can sound a bit disgusting but CLA belongs to the omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid which is actually good stuff for your body.

Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid is mostly found in fishes such as Salmon, Tune etc.

It can usually be found in red meat or dairy products, mostly from animals which were grass fed.
