Do your Medical aid products come with a Warranty?
They most certainly do! All of our electrical medical aid products (such as blood glucose meter, blood pressure monitor and other therapeutic devices) come with Australian Warranties. The length of the warranty period and what is covered will depend on the product.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes! We ship Internationally! The countries we can ship to are: Brunei, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States.
What is your policy on the products’ expiry date?
Our policy is to supply products with at least 1 month expiry beyond the normal expected time it would take to consume based on normal dosages. As we have no control over expiry dates supplied from the manufacturer, we are unable to supply requests for extended expiry dates and we do not recommend ordering any more than 6 months supply of any product. Any orders in excess of 6 months supply or in excess of retail quantities is at the risk of the purchaser in regards to expiry dates.
What is your Returns / Refund / Cancellation policy?
We accept exchanges or returns according to Australian Consumer Law. However do note that with State Health Regulations – some items cannot be returned. To view our detailed refunds policy, please click here.
If you are returning a product that you have already received, you must email to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your product. A 10% restocking fee applies on the product returned.
How do I cancel an order?
If an order has not been shipped yet, call 1300 884 329 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an order number.
What happens if the item received is not as described?
If a product you have received is not as describe, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of your purchase.
What happens if the product I received has manufacturing fault?
If a product you have received has a manufacturing fault, you should contact the manfacturer of the product. Within 7 days of your purchase we may be able to assist with contacting the supplier/ manufacturer on your behalf. Please gives a call on 1300 884 329 with an order number ready.
